Cilantro Pate

2 cloves garlic
4 Tablespoons Flax Oil
3 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
1/4 C Walnuts
1/4 C Sunflower Seeds (soaked 24 hours and drained)
1/2 bunch Cilantro - rinsed well and drained
Olive Oil
Kosher salt or Sea salt
Combine first 6 ingredients in food processor and chop fine.
Slowly add enough olive oil to form a thick pate.
Salt to taste.
Serve on zucchini or cucumber rounds.
